• Vineyard: Located on the northern border, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. Organic farming on fresh calcareous clay soils.

• Winemaking: Short maceration (5 days) with minimal intervention. Malolactic fermentation in 12,000-liter vats.
• Alcohol Content: 13.5% Vol.

A very hot and dry year advanced the harvest by two weeks, resulting in grapes of exceptional health and quality.
