• Vineyard: Organic farming on fresh calcareous clay soils, located in the Yerri Valley, the highest and freshest area of the Navarra denomination.
• Harvest: Manual, starting September 8, 2023.
• Winemaking: Soft pressing and fermentation with natural yeasts, maintaining temperatures below 16ºC for a fresh, aromatic profile.
• Alcohol Content: 12% Vol.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections and light golden hues. Clean, bright, and vibrant.
• Nose: High intensity with tropical fruits, ripe pip fruits, fresh citrus, and a mineral background. Aromas of white flowers, honey, and syrupy tones provide complexity.
• Palate: Exuberant acidity balanced by creaminess with a sweet background. Finishes with a slight, elegant bitterness, adding persistence and complexity.

Vintage 2023

The year was marked by drought, heat, and timely rainfall during the harvest. Despite challenging conditions, the result was an aromatically rich and high-quality vintage.
